Our ATS scores every resume against your specific must-have skills, experience requirements, and format quality — not generic relevance. It flags skill gaps, validates claims, and ranks candidates by fit, not recency.

What happens after a candidate is hired on the RaaS plan?+

We maintain a 90-day retention window after the joining date. If the candidate leaves within that period, we will re-source and screen replacements at no additional placement fee.
